Veltec’s purpose

Veltec has international customers, where we solve specialised welding tasks outside the EU/EEA. If you as an employee agree to a posting, we collect personal data used for a Letter of intent, visa, passport, and work permit. The processing is carried out in accordance with Article 45 (safe countries) and Sections 46,47, and 48 (unsafe countries) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Courses and certificate issuance
If you participate in courses or training as an employee of Veltec, we can process data about your name, place of employment, title, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, photo, education, etc. The legal basis is for this is Veltec’s legitimate interest. Also, we may process civil registration numbers and health information if required by law. The processing takes place to facilitate your participation and possibly issue you a certificate or similar.
