In the autumn, German Voith GmbH sold the entire Industrial Services division to the private equity fund Triton, so that the forging company with headquarters in Ringsted will henceforth be called Veltec Industrial Services A/S.
All the company’s activities in Denmark, Norway and Sweden, as well as the workshops in Ringsted, Kalundborg and Frederikssund will therefore have a completely new identity.
